Salted Caramel Biscoff Cheesecake Bliss

2 cups Biscoff cookies (crushed)
1/4 cup melted butter

1/4 cup smooth Biscoff spread

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup Biscoff cookies (crushed)
A pinch of sea salt


Instructions

Prepare the crust
Combine the crushed Biscoff cookies and melted butter in a bowl.
Press the mixture evenly into the base of a cheesecake pan.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.


Make the cheesecake filling
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, sour cream, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
